For more than 20 years I have worked with individuals and organizations helping them clarify and achieve, “what matters most to them.” From developing a Married Students Service’s program at a university, to directing an outreach to homeless men, to working with senior managers to reorganize departments, to working with non-profit organizations and teams to establish their organization, I have both broad and deep experience.

I have served as a facilitator, coach, counselor, mediator and advisor. I have helped my clients with issues such as developing their organizational culture, establishing boundaries and expectations for companies, departments, divisions and teams. I have assisted in employee, team and leadership development, customer service and internal inquiries.

Making effective use of Relational Awareness theory I have been able to teach and help my clients how to address a broad spectrum of difficult issues. Through foundational analysis and workshops plus follow=up (dynamic “real life” coaching) I have been privileged to see clients identify and achieve their goals, improve their teams and resolve deep seated and entrenched issues.

I do not use intensive multi-day seminars. Though initially impressive the return on investment is meager. A foundational workshop and on-going cooperative efforts have proven over time to bring and secure the changes my clients have sought.

Whether dealing with individuals, couples, teams, committees, departments or whole organizations the results of the collegiate efforts have proven to be sound and lasting.

Since I work with a variety of clients with greatly varying budgets my rates and billing are designed so my clients get the most for their investment. I have no office – so you don’t pay for one. Most of my clients make their own copies of the training materials; bring their own pencils and brownbag their own lunches. That way they do not pay a % increase on “stuff” rather they pay for the absolute necessities of the process.

If you or your organization wish to discover and establish the boundaries and expectations you see as needed for success; if you need to improve the culture and or working relationships in your organization I know I can be of benefit.

If you are interested, it costs you nothing to get more information. If I believe I can help, I’ll tell you. If I think you need the services of a colleague I’ll send you their way.
